I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Ontario, providing evidence-based therapy to adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD and trauma, ADHD, insomnia, concerns with alcohol or drug use, and body-focused repetitive behaviours (such as skin picking and hair pulling). I also support high-performing individuals and professionals experiencing work-related stress, burnout, and difficulty maintaining focus and balance.
