Providing tools and techniques to address distressing habits like hair-pulling and skin-picking.
Offering individuals integrated therapies to address alcohol and/or drug use and co-occurring mental health challenges to reduce harm and develop safer coping strategies.
Substance Use
Providing treatment to improve sleep by addressing unhelpful thoughts, habits, and routines, as well as related issues like stress or anxiety.
Insomnia & Sleep
Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Assisting with strategies to improve focus, organization, and time management, and decrease procrastination, impulsivity, and related challenges.
Assisting in healing from past traumatic experiences and working through the emotional and psychological effects they leave behind. Therapies include Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Offering effective treatments, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), for managing and decreasing intrusive thoughts and related compulsive behaviours.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Providing high-functioning professionals and other working individuals with strategies to overcome constant exhaustion, decreased motivation, feeling stuck, and a growing sense of detachment from work or daily life.
Burnout & Stress
Developing more flexible thinking, reducing self-critical tendencies, and shifting toward standards that are effective and sustainable without compromising your values or performance.
